L'an prochain le Moulin célèbre son 10e anniversaire et nous avons l'intention d'offrir une gamme de spectacles qui seront particulièrement inoubliables. Nous espérons pouvoir publier la liste complète d'artistes au début janvier. En attendant, nous vous annonçons notre prochain spectacle: Bon Débarras, le dimanche 18 janvier chez Evelina. Ce superbe trio (www.bondebarras.ca) est présentement en tournée (18 spectacles) en Angleterre. Nous espérons également relancer notre série de films prochainement. 

Le Directeur artistique des Productions le Moulin a récemment publié un livre intitulé Acadian Driftwood: The Roots of Acadian and Cajun Music (voir ci-bas). Le Centre Acadien de l'Université Sainte-Anne et la Société Acadienne de Clare organise un lancement le 14 novembre à 19h au Rendez-vous de la Baie. Le lancement sera précédé d'une conférence intitulée "The Long Road to an Acadian Musical Identity". Un léger goûter sera servi.

Next year Le Moulin is celebrating its tenth anniversary and we intend to offer a slate of shows that will be especially unforgettable. We hope to be able to announce the full year's programming in early January. In the meantime we wish to inform you of our next show: Bon Débarras, Sunday, January 18 at Evelina's. This superb trio (www.bondebarras.ca) is currently in the midst of an 18-city tour of England. We also hope to relaunch our film series soon.

Le Moulin's Artistic Director recently published a book titled Acadian Driftwood: The Roots of Acadian and Cajun Music. Le Centre Acadien at the university and the Société Acadienne de Clare are organizing a book launch on Friday, November 14 at 7 pm at the Rendez-vous de la Baie (red roof building next to the university library). The launch will be preceded by a talk (with musical excerpts) called "The Long Road to an Acadian Musical Identity". This event took place in French on Monday the 10th. Friday’s presentation will be in English. A light lunch will be served.
