En mars 2020 le réseau PBS a diffusé une émission spéciale sur Kaeshammer à travers les Etats-Unis. Nous avions prévu le présenter ce même mois là mais Covid a intervenu. Michael Kaeshammer est considéré comme l'un des musicians les plus talentueux et les plus divertissants du Canada. C'est un musicien doué et de classe mondiale.

Michael Kaeshammer is loved the world over and he has been called one of the most talented and entertaining musicians to come out of Canada. He's a 2-time Juno award winner and has had 7 Juno nominations and he has also won many West Coast Music Awards. He's a gifted and hard-working world-class musician who connects with any concert hall audience. A national PBS TV special was broadcast all over the U.S. in March 2020, the month when we initially had him booked until Covid forced a 2 and a half year delay in bringing him here.

The following video seems to have been overlooked but it's a good representation of his talent. The first 4 minutes is boogie-woogie and that's followed by a song (a tribute to New Orleans) and then at 9:00 he closes with an incredible fusion of classical and jazz.
