Digging Roots consist of husband and wife Raven Kanetakta and ShoShona Kish and a 4-piece back-up band.

Digging Roots 8 years ago singing their most intense song, which is about residential schools stripping away the Native children's culture. ShoShona seems inspired by Janis Joplin on this performance.
